SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAMPAIGN ("SPECIFIC TERMS")

Description of Campaign

1.	Organiser	Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia Sdn Bhd (196101000253/4296-K) ("Continental")
2.	Name of Campaign	Merdeka 68: Make Way for Confidence on Every Journey!
3.	Campaign Period	15 August 2025 (12:00 a.m.) – 21 September 2025 (11:59 p.m.), while stocks last.
4.	Brief Description of Campaign	It is a campaign held by Continental to show appreciation for the support of Continental’s customers ("Participant"). Only purchases made from: Participating retail dealers’ physical store (https://www.continental-tires.com/my/en/products/car/total-confidence-plan/total-confidence-plan-participating-dealers/) at dealer retail price without any offer, discount, promotion, or rebate; or Continental’s official online store at Shopee (https://shopee.com.my/continental.os), Lazada (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/continental-tyres-official-store/) or TNG eWallet (https://visit.tngdigital.com.my/continentaltyre) are eligible for participation in this Campaign ("Eligible Modes of Purchase"). Participant who purchases at least two (2) pieces of Continental, Dunlop, or Viking branded tyres of 15" and above for passenger car, 4x4, SUV & MPV through the above-mentioned Eligible Modes of Purchase (in a single transaction and official printed receipt), will get the opportunity to walk away with TNG eWallet credit ranging from RM20 to RM800 ("Prize"). Participant who purchases at least four (4) pieces of Continental, Dunlop or Viking branded tyres 15" and above for passenger car, 4x4, SUV & MPV through the above-mentioned Eligible Modes of Purchase (in a single transaction and official printed receipt), will in additional to the Prize, stand a chance to be among 68 winners to receive 100% cashback on their tyres purchase ("Lucky Draw").
5.	Campaign Mechanism	The Prize that the Participant can redeem from Continental is as per the table below and subject to stock availability:- *The cashback only applies to the amount stated in the receipt for tyre purchase and does not include cost of tyre fitment, balancing, and alignment Redemption is to be made via Continental’s Conti TCP app ("App") . If the Participant does not have the App, Participant will need to download App (at https://www.conti-tcp.com/tcp/download/my.html or by scanning the QR code available at the participating retail dealers. The Participant can choose to either personally register the purchase or request the support of the participating retail dealer to register the purchase on TCP application. Aside from filling in the details, a clear copy of the official printed receipt as a proof of purchase and confirmation of TCP registration completed between 15 August 2025 to 21 September 2025 must be provided. The Participant is responsible to ensure that all the required details are provided, correct, and accurate. Continental has the right to reject redemption due to incomplete, inaccurate, and/or wrong information, duplicate redemption, and/or damaged, torn, unclear copy of the official printed receipt or stocks deplete. Each phone number is eligible to register a maximum of two (2) car plate numbers for redemption purposes. Continental reserves the right to replace the Prize with another prize if the intended prize runs out of stock. The Participant shall register the purchase in the App and perform the Prize redemption within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, failing which, the Participant shall be automatically disqualified for the Prize and Lucky Draw. Thereafter, a verification process to confirm the Participant’s eligibility for the Prize will be performed by Continental and this can take up to seven (7) working days. Purchases eligible for the Lucky Draw will automatically be enrolled if the verification process is successful. If the Prize redemption is approved, the Participant will receive the TNG eWallet credit code within thirty (30) working days from the date of approval. 6.	Eligibility	The Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia residing in Malaysia and aged 18 or above during the Campaign Period except the following persons who are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:- (a) sales personnel, dealers, OEM customers, and/or other commercial entities and/or returned merchandise; and (b) purchasers of commercial transport tyres such as trucks, buses or vans.

General

1. The Participant is required to read, understand, and accept the Contest/Campaign Standard Terms and Conditions ("Standard Terms") found in our website at www.continental-tires.com/my/en. This Specific Terms shall be incorporated and form part of the Standard Terms (collectively, "Campaign Terms")
2. The Participant is hereby notified that the personal data provided to Continental will be processed by Continental pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Continental will process the personal data, including any additional information the Participant may subsequently provide to Continental, for the purposes of contacting or communicating with the Participant, marketing purposes (including direct marketing), to respond to the Participant’s submissions, requests, inquiries or complaints, to request feedback from the Participant, administer the Participant’s participation in the Campaign, conduct internal activities, market surveys and trend analysis, and other legitimate business activities of Continental ("Purposes"). For these Purposes, the personal data may also be disclosed to Continental’s strategic business associates and preferred merchants involved in the fulfilment, administration or promotion of the Campaign, subject to appropriate safeguards. If the Participant does not wish to receive future marketing communications from Continental, they may opt out at any time by contacting Continental at TI_Z3_SM_dataprotection_malaysia@continental.com (please include "Unsubscribe Request" in your subject line) or through the unsubscribe function (where applicable). The Participant further has the right to refuse the use of their personal data for direct marketing or cross-selling purposes at any time by providing written notice to Continental. It is necessary that the Participant supplies Continental the personal details as required under the Campaign and by providing the personal data to Continental, it shall be deemed that the Participant consents to the processing of the personal data for the Purposes. 3. Entry and participation in the Campaign shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Participant of the Campaign Terms including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally accept the same in their entirety.
4. If the Participant is not agreeable to the Campaign Terms and do not consent to the processing of personal data, please do not participate in the Campaign.
